Korean Grammar Beginner -Time Expressions- (7): N 중, V-는 중

I. Examples

This structure is employed with a noun representing the content of an action, indicating that the subject is actively engaged in carrying out that action. Its English equivalents include ‘in the process/middle of’ or ‘currently doing’. Following a noun, 중 is appended, whereas after a verb, -는 중 is attached to the verb stem.
